      *GUARANTEE POLICY* 

"There is a limited 1 YEAR to date guarantee on trees, shrubs, & perennials if planted in the ground and maintained properly.

This guarantee EXCLUDES hedging cedar, annuals, & tropical/houseplants. It also excludes environmental damage by bugs or animals.

There is NO guarantee on wholesale trade pricing, & sale items.

The guarantee is subject to presentation of the receipt and approval from staff horticulturist. Please email pictures of email and reciepts to sales@treevalley.ca.

We will replace the material ONLY NOT any labour or delivery costs.

The replacement stock is NOT guaranteed.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES 

Due to the nature of our products, our warranty is not applicable to ANY of the following;

  • Grower direct or Trade Accounts purchaes.
  • Annuals, vegetables, herbs, houseplants, and tropical patio plants.
  • Animal damage, acts of nature, chemical or fertilizer damage or misuse.
  • Naturally occuring variances in shape, foliage, or growth habit.
  • Plants that have been kept in pots or planted in raised planters/containers.
  • Any discounted items. 

Plants purchased with credit notes issues for warranty claims are not warrantied. 

Note: Due to the nature of our business, live plant material cannot be returned or exchanged however some exceptions may occur based on prior management approval within 48 hours of purchase where plant material must not have been planted, damaged and in original state of good health.

*DELIVERY POLICY*


We can ship to any address in York Region and the surrounding area.  Note that there may be restrictions on the quantity of products, or a double delivery fee if the order cannot fit on one large truck. If your order requires 2 delivery individuals for the safety of our staff (i.e. large caliber trees and/or use of our crane boom truck) an additional charge plus tax will be added to your final bill.  

The shipping rate is based on your location. If your postal code is not recognized in our system please email sales@treevalley.ca so that we can fix this concern. 

Please note we are not responsible for any damage while unloading.

All deliveries are curbside drop unless discussed with homeowner at time of delivery and all damages that may occur are at the homeowners expense. We will not be liable for any damages.
